Welcome

Preparations For 2024 …

Registration has now been opened and the Vehicle Registration Form can be found by clicking on the image above.

Stall booking is also open and the menu tab ‘Booking/Registration’ will find the booking form.

The event in 2024 will be on Sunday 2 June at the same venue as we have used for the last few years – Meadow Farm Nurseries, Langley Burrell, Chippenham, SN15 4LW. The day will be that vibrant mix of Cherished Cars, Delightful Dogs and Family Fun. You must not miss it.

In 2023 we were blessed with wonderful weather and we had record turnouts for visitors and vehicles.  A full report of words and pictures is available and can be found from the Memories tab on the menu above.

Why Not Make A Donation On-Line …

Our Lions President’s charities for 2024 will be Dorothy House, though we will also be improving our reserves for our other work – local, national and international.  To find out more about this work, visit the About Us menu tab or our main website on the quick link to your right.

Sponsorship …

If you would like to sponsor us in 2024, then please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ menu tab. Sponsorship will give your company publicity through the door-door flyer (10,000), the brochure (1000) and through other means which we can discuss.

Since 2019 to 2023 we received sponsorship from David Wilson Homes and from Barrett Homes and we are very grateful for their support over those years.

In 2023 we were pleased to have obtained sponsorship from M4 Tyres and from Oscar Dog Food who donated prizes for the Fun Dog Show.:

The Artwork for 2024 – Revealed …

This is the artwork which will appear on brochure, flyers and all manner of publicity material and in all manner of forms over the next few months.

This year I have chosen the Delahaye 135 – a luxury French car manufactured from 1935 until 1954 in many different bespoke body styles to explore exotic shapes and bold paint work.

Once described as ‘A Paris Gown on Wheels’, these cars were expensive then, and they are priceless now, and the last one to be sold, went for $6.6M.

Remember, we are a ‘Cherished Vehicle’ show and there is no speciality or restriction on vehicle type so bring along your Citröen Pembleton Kit Car or your 1962 Austin-Healy or your 1937 Fordson Model 61 tipper truck — variety is what it’s all about and we love it …
